Hello one and all,

Not much going on in this part of the world. Shannon and I had a fabulous lunch on Wednesday at China Road. Then, we both bought Todd Oldham hangers at SuperTarget in Papillion. Fun, fun, fun!

Katie, Mom saw Brandon Patochka (sp?) tonight and he wants you to email him: nova_74_350@hotmail.com -- In that case, Shannon and Lindsey, if you want to email Brandon too, go nuts!

I found a great sale on shoes at Younkers at Westroads today. I don't know what it is, but I've gone nuts buying shoes lately. I think I've bought four or five pairs in the last month! The ones I bought today are black heeled Mary Jane-ish shoes. They're but the company "Unlimited: A Steve Madden Company." Anyone ever hear of them?

One more: Yup, I saw "Alias" and LOVED IT!! It's not often I say this, but I have a favorite TV show...and it stars Jennifer Garner.
Shannon, no clearance at the Bellevue Leader. If you're lucky, you'll get to meet our insanely annoying secretary, Marcie. Who, by the way, lives in Plattsmouth. Maybe you know her! When you come, just park in front and come on in. I'll be able to see you walk through the door. I'm thinking China Road sounds good for lunch.

Lindsey, I was at Gross on Wednesday meeting with teachers for story ideas. I saw your photo in Mrs. J-B's classroom on one of the kid's summer English projects (Shakespear on the Green). Cool! I know our photographer, Bob Bailie, is going to shoot some food-eating contest this week during homecoming week. Look for him! He's got a beard, mustache and really curly brown hair :-)

P.S. Katie is still living it up in California. At least she was when I talked with her on the phone Sunday!

Happy Sunday everyone.
Not much to report from Omaha. After going to 10 a.m. Mass, Mom and I ate at Panera and did some shopping at Oakview Mall. Did I make a killing! I picked up two turtlenecks, two long-sleeved shirts and a black skirt for work.
Shannon and I are meeting for lunch on Wednesday. Not sure where; somewhere in Bellevue, though. Katie, Lindsey: If you have any suggestions, fire away!

P.S. This 88-degree weather in September is ridiculous. I'm ready for fall, damnit :-)
