Two new retail businesses are planned along Bellevue's booming Cornhusker Road.
Payless Shoe Source and Summer Kitchen Cafe and Bakery are coming to the Wolf Creek Shopping Center near 15th Street and Cornhusker Road.
Mike Hogan, Wolf Creek developer, said Payless recently signed a lease for the building just east of the new Gordman's site.
The new Gordman's location will replace the one on Fort Crook Road. It is scheduled to open at the end of July.
Payless is expected to open this summer.
Hogan said he is talking with four other retail businesses about locating near Gordman's.
Summer Kitchen may open as early as fall just east of Arby's, Hogan said.
Outback Steakhouse is scheduled to begin construction in the area on Monday, near the existing Applebee's and International House of Pancakes.
