Shannon, you're hair sounds cute! I'm really surprised you took the plunge and went that short, but I'm certain it looks just fabulous. Speaking of hair: I've been thinking of switching shampoos. I currently use Herbal Essence. I've tried a Dove shampoo, but it makes my hair absolutely flat. Any suggestions?

Yes, I'm fairly certain Maw doesn't want the MHC books. I'm pretty sure that I'll see her sometime over the next week. I'll grab 'em for you both. As for getting together while you're house-sitting, I'm not quite sure if that will work. Robin is visiting Omaha Saturday through Saturday, and I'm guessing some of my time will be spent with her. I'll let you know, though.

Shannon: I shared your pain today as my gyno told me I have a yeast infection. Yeah! Man, the burning, the itching, the discharge. What fun THAT has been. She wrote me a prescription for Diflucan. It was just one little, pink pill. I took it today. She claims that will do the trick, and that it's possible I'll develop another yeast infection sometime in my lifetime. Again, yeah! Ah, well. Such is life, I suppose.

Katie: Have you hammered out any details about your road trip to Omaha this summer? If/when you come, I promise no painting will be involved :-)

Ladies, you'll be shocked at what I did last night: Pulled weeds! I spent about two hours pulling the hundreds of weeds that have taken over the flower beds along the back and side of my house. Yikes! It was a lot of work, but everything looks MUCH better :-)
