Girls, I'm so very sorry to hear about Mouse! I bet you were scared, but I'm glad things are turning out for the better.

As for Vala's, Sunday is fine by me, but we'll need to go after 5 p.m., since I work at Nu-Trend on the weekends. Then, maybe Lindsey could join us, too, since homecoming will have come and passed.

Lindsey: As for the John Mayer concert, that might be cool. Find out how much tickets are and get back to me. I plan to see The Jayhawks in November as they'll be playing yet ANOTHER concert at Sokol. (They were just here in July; not sure why they've made such a prompt return.)

In other news: I chopped all my hair off today! Well, OK, I didn't do it and not all my hair is gone, but you get the idea...
Shannon, I believe my hair is even shorter than yours now. It's cropped close with just a little curl in the back. I went to Studio M, near 114th and Dodge. I was ready for a change from Omaha's Hair Choice. I'll see if I can take a picture of my new 'do and post it on the Web.

I work until 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, but would be happy to go with you after I'm off work. Saturdays, they're open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sundays, they're open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. I'm free this weekend if you'd like to go, although I know Lindsey has homecoming. What's up girlies? Shannon and Lindsey: As you know, fall is here and Halloween is quickly approaching. I would LOVE to make a visit to Vala's Pumpkin Patch to not only buy a pumpkin for my front porch, but to sample some of the delicious food they sell. Would either if you be interested in going?
