Hello, fellow family members. I do so apologize for my absence as of late. Things have been busy, as usual. Lindsey, it was good seeing you at Gross on Thursday! As you may have seen, I slipped out the door before Mass began. Woo hoo! My story in next week's Leader should be good on the new Marianist sponsorship thing-y.
Sunday night, I'm having GAG (Gateway Alumni Group) over to my house. We're going to judge the best high school newspapers in the Omaha area. I'm sorry, but Gross really falls to last place in this category. I'm not sure why. Central always does really well, as does North. We'll see what happens.
I found an Easter Sunday outfit at Gordman's: a pink suit! Lindsey, it's the suit I wore to Gross on Thursday. With a 15%-off coupon I got at work, it only cost me $30, for the skirt AND jacket. It's so pretty :-)
Um, what else? My car is dirty. There's so much sand on the floor, it's gross. And the dust inside? Don't even ask. I'm tempted to take it to V.I.P. next week to get my seasonal cleaning. Yeah, it's $15, but it's worth it.
Tuesday is al All About Wendy day. First, I'm getting my hair cut. I'm considering getting it colored, too, because I'm getting show much gray. I hate it. (Speaking of: What color could you see my hair? Darker? Lighter? More red?) After my haircut, I'm getting my annual pap smear! Yeah! Clap, clap, clap! Oh, the joy of the paper dressing gown and socks. What a smashing combo.
Ah, yes. Spring officially arrived this morning. Bring it on!
