Shannon, your new comforter is ADORABLE. Matt (the new boy) has agreed to paint my bedroom. I want to get a new comforter. I'm leaning toward painting my bedroom a turquoise color. It's the same shade as in the commercial for some yogurt, where the girls keeps her polka-dot bikini hanging on the wall and walks by it each season. I LOVE that blue color, but I'd need to find a comforter to match. Perhaps I should hit the stores first, see what I like and go from there.

I have some news about graduate school: I've dropped out. I've been going back and forth about what I should do. The work load is unbelievable, as you can imagine. With my job at the Leader, it just became too much. I talked to the financial aid people and they said I wouldn't have to pay back my student loans if I drop out before the first semester ends. So, for the sake of saving $1,100, I went through the proper paperwork to drop out. To be honest, this feels like the best decision for me right now. If I decide to return later, I certainly can. No harm done.

OK, that's all. Matt's coming over tonight to watch "Adaptation" and eat Market Pantry (Target's generic) macaroni and cheese. I'm excited; it should be tasty.
