Lindsey, what's the final verdict on your hair? The second time you colored it (to "fix it"), did you do it at home, or go to a salon?

Speaking of hair, I'm thinking of growing my out, just a little. Shannon, you got me thinking about this, since you're doing the same thing. Getting my haircut every four or five weeks is getting expensive and a pain in the ass. Maybe I could do something short, saggy and sassy. Anyone got any ideas? Seen any photos that you think would look good? I need hair help.

Katie, maybe you can evaluate my hair situation this weekend in Denver...

OK, Shannon. I'll put together a CD for you this week and drop it in the mail. I'll make the Leader pay the postage! I'm not sure when I'll be changing jobs, but I'm looking into public relations or doing writing for an ad agency. If anything looks promising, I'll certainly let you know. The Leader pay is crap, and I'm getting bored with the work I'm doing. It's too easy, and I think it's time for a change.

Katie, how would you feel if I flew to California sometime in October? You pick the weekend. I'm thinking a Thursday through Sunday.

I'd like to firm up the dates soon and buy my ticket. There's a good chance I may be switching jobs soon. If/when I'm hired, I'd like to say: "I should let you know that I've had a trip to California planned for a few months." Rather than saying, "Is it OK if I take some time off in October, even though you just hired me?"
