It's Saturday. The past two Saturday's I've been at family functions. It's so odd now that the holidays are officially over!
The first snowstorm of 2005 was bad, but I've seen much worse. I stayed home from work on Wednesday, which turned out to be the right thing to do. Katie, we got slammed with 6 more inches of snow Wednesday afternoon/evening, brining our grand total to 14.1 inches. Matt was able to get my dad's snowblower working, so he kept the driveway clear Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Thanks, Matt.
Shannon/Lindsey, if you need a new calendar for 2005, the Day by Day Calendar Company, a temporary store upstairs at Oakview Mall, has all their calendars 50 percent off. I was in there yesterday. I didn't buy anything, but they had a pretty good selection.
Katie, I'd like to pick up a pair of shoes similar to your brown leather ones with the laces. I think they're either Steve Madden or Banana Republic. I haven't had much luck finding anything like those, though. Any suggestions?
