Hello, one and all. Happy Saturday!

Katie, you're almost 22! Enjoy your last two days of being 21.

Shannon, no, I'm not going to the Husker game next Saturday. That doesn't sound fun at all. Matt will be visiting his older brother in Chicago from Wednesday through Saturday, so he won't be able to go, either. My mom said you are coming over on Saturday to watch movies or something. I may join you.

As far as the obligatory family dinner, my mom said she wants to make dinner Friday night for UJ and Nita. I'm sure I'll be there for that.

Today, Matt and I painted my office a color called Liquid Blue. It's gorgeous. We used Behr paint, which I bought at Home Depot. I would HIGHLY recommend this paint. It's the best stuff I ever used. It goes on very thick and only requires one coat. I'll take some photos this week and post 'em.

Tomorrow, I'm going to attempt to make my mom's Better than Sex cake. She emailed me the recipe and said it's not that hard. Wish me luck!
